AI Automation & Integrations
We add AI features to your business systems to handle repetitive work - like answering customer questions, processing enquiries, entering data, and following up with leads. This saves your team time and helps customers get a faster response.
We add AI capabilities to your existing product or build them in from the start - fast, safe, and production-ready.
Chat assistants & AI support bots
Context-aware assistants trained on your data, connected to your systems.
Semantic & smart search
Search that understands intent, not just keywords - faster answers, happier users.
Scoring, sorting & recommendations
Surface the right content, products, or leads at the right time.
Automatic data processing
Classification, extraction, summarization - reduce manual data work across your team.
AI content generation
Draft generation, smart templates, and writing assistance built into your workflows.
Safe & observable AI
With guardrails, logging, and fallback paths - AI you can trust in production.
Where AI is worth the money, and where it is not
AI is worth adding when it removes a specific, repeated cost - the hours someone spends reading incoming documents, sorting enquiries, or answering the same question for the hundredth time.
It is not worth adding because it is expected on a homepage. We are happy to tell you when the honest answer is a simple rule rather than a model, because a feature that quietly produces wrong answers costs more than the work it replaced.
How we add AI to a product
- 01
Pick a job with a measurable cost
We start from something you can count - hours spent, enquiries missed, errors corrected - so you can tell afterwards whether it worked.
- 02
Prove it on your real data
We test against your actual documents and enquiries before building anything around it. If the accuracy is not good enough to trust, better to find out in week one.
- 03
Build it in with a way out
The feature goes into your product with sensible limits and a human check where being wrong would matter. Nothing important happens without someone able to see and override it.
- 04
Watch it in the wild
We keep an eye on cost and quality once real people are using it, because both move once traffic is real.
Questions we get asked
Do we need our own AI model?
Almost certainly not. Nearly every useful business feature is built on an existing model connected to your own data. Training something from scratch is a large expense that very few businesses ever earn back.
What will it cost to run each month?
It depends on usage, and we will estimate it before you commit rather than after. Running cost is part of whether a feature is worth building, so it belongs in the decision.
What stops it giving customers wrong answers?
Grounding it in your own content rather than letting it improvise, limiting what it is allowed to do, and putting a person in the loop wherever a wrong answer would cost you. We also tell you plainly where the remaining risk sits.
Where does our data go?
We decide that with you before building, and we tell you which provider processes what. If some of your data should never leave your own systems, that is a constraint we design around rather than a detail we discover later.
Can you add AI to the product we already have?
Yes - that is most of this work. We connect to what you have already built rather than asking you to start again.
